No shipping of ammunition to the States of Hawaii, Alaska, New York (Unless to a FFL) or outside the USA and for California*, we need a copy of your FFL (C&R) and CEO, BEFORE ORDERING! Text, email or Call us. Also No shipping to Washington DC, Chicago IL or Cooks County IL. In the States of IL, MA, CT, NJ, we need a copy of your (F.O.I.D.) Firearms Ordnance ID or carry permit. you may email us or text us a picture BEFORE ORDERING. We only ship ammunition by UPS and not to a P.O. Box! By ordering, you agree that if UPS losses your package that you will work with UPS and us to solve the problem and wait up to 3 weeks for a refund or replacement order, so UPS will have time to find the order and complete the shipment to you as normally UPS finds the order in less then a week and reroutes it to you. This does not happen a lot, less then 1 in 500 orders.
You understand that “A Call to Arms, LLC” does not ship ammunition to any area that is prohibited by federal, state or local law. Please make sure you are aware of your local & state laws in regards to buying ammunition online. It is impossible for “A Call to Arms, LLC” to know ever changing laws and regulations of every municipality, county, state etc.

On shooting ammo, NO RETURNS. as 99% of the time it is the firearm in need of a new firing-pin or a firing pin spring too weak for firing-pin to set off the primer. ie:,(Weak Strike) As a firearm owner, you and you alone are responsible to know the correct ammunition for your firearm, we sell collectible and hard to find ammunition, we take no responsibility for the ammunition we sell (as we do not load the ammunition) or the firearm it is used in, as it is your firearm. If you have any questions on your firearm, please take it to a good gunsmith before loading it and firing it. You are shooting at your risk not ours.
Affidavit of an “A Call to Arms, LLC” customer

- I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions
- I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
Shipping Liability
Normally lost packages are found by UPS in less then a week. Your package is covered by insurance with UPS, however once your package has shipped, you agree to work with UPS and A Call to Arms LLC, if the package is lost or damaged. A Call to Arms, LLC will put in the Claim with UPS for you, however it can take up to 3 weeks before UPS issues us a refund credit. Once “A Call to Arms, LLC” receives a credit from UPS, we will issue your a refund or ship a replacement at your choice, unless the item or items are out of stock at the time of the replacement order.
www.ammo-one1.com owned by A Call to Arms, llc takes NO responsibility for you shooting the ammunition you purchased from us, as we do not load ammunition, we, like most ammunition sellers, only purchase it from distributors, small manufacturers and second hand. Also you are responsible for your firearm being safe enough to shoot, as 99.99% of the time it is the firearm that causes accidents (mostly due to a restricted barrel) shoot your firearm at your own risk.
Legal Terms
You understand and agree that if I decide to file a complaint against “A Call to Arms, LLC” or it’s owners that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Cumberland County, Maine. Furthermore, I agree that any such complaints not filed within Cumberland County, Maine shall be immediately removed to a court within Cumberland County, Maine and I agree to reimburse “A Call to Arms, LLC” and any other defendants for the costs of defending against the wrongly filed complaint or effecting its removal.
I also understand that any complaint or legal suit I file against “A Call to Arms, LLC” and any purchases I make from “A Call to Arms, LLC”, shall be governed solely by Maine law. This includes any suit filed against “A Call to Arms, LLC” by someone else as a result of my purchases from “A Call to Arms, LLC”.
Returns: Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons “A Call to Arms, LLC” will not accept returns on shooting ammunition and non refundable, however if you have an issue with shooting most manufactures will consider your issues. This does not include errors, we at “A Call to Arms, LLC” may have made, if we agree to your issue.
