One Cartridge, no a Box: .22 GT, custom loaded using Alpha Munitions brass cases with “ALPHA α 22 GT” Head-Stamp and loaded with a 68 grain Hornady BTHP (Jacketed Hollow Point Boat-Tail) MATCH Grade bullet.

History of the .22 GT cartridge;
The .22 GT was created around 2022 by George Gardner (owner GA Precision) and Tom Jacobs (owner Vapor Trail Bullets) hence the abbreviation GT for George and Tom.
It is base off the concept of the 6 GT or aka: 6mm GT but necked it down to .22 Caliber.
Note: 6mmGT is now SAMMI certified, the .22 GT is not at this writing (05/18/2024).
The .22 GT is almost as fast as a .22 Creedmoor or .22-250 Remington, but in an AR15 vs AR10 used by the .22 Creedmoor or .22-250 Remington, which may be a game changer.
Designed for hunting and competitive shooting, the .22 GT produces less felt recoil with almost the same velocities as the .22 Creedmoor or .22-250 Remington in a lighter platform.
