Raised “E” Head Stamp and paper hull with plaid print.Made in France for the Eley Company of London, England,  late 1800s / early 1900s.  This Cartridge (No. 2 Long) measures : Case Mouth : 6.62 mm or 0.26″ O.A.L.: 31.41mm or 1.236″
